Frequently Asked Questions

College Concierge Medical, LLC is a concierge medical practice dedicated to providing high-quality, convenient health care for college students. We offer telemedicine visits, house calls (dorms, apartments, homes), and in-office appointments. Our goal is to give parents peace of mind and students easy access to medical care without the long waits or stress of an ER or urgent care.

We specialize in caring for out-of-area students attending:

  • Arizona State University (ASU)
  • Grand Canyon University (GCU)
  • Ottawa University (OU – Arizona)

Local students may also enroll in our services.

  • Primary care for acute illnesses (colds, flu, infections, minor injuries)
  • Chronic condition management (asthma, allergies, ADHD, etc.)
  • Telemedicine consultations (24/7 availability)
  • In-home/dorm visits for sick students
  • Preventive care, wellness visits, and health counseling
  • Referrals and coordination with specialists if needed

Families enroll their student in our concierge membership plan, which provides priority access to medical care. This means:

  • No waiting weeks for appointments
  • Direct access to a provider by phone, telehealth, or house call
  • Care available after hours and weekends

Students can connect with our providers through a secure video platform. We can diagnose, prescribe medications (when appropriate), and provide follow-up care. Prescriptions are sent electronically to a local pharmacy near campus.

If telemedicine isn’t enough, we arrange an in-person house call to the dorm, apartment, or home—or the student can be seen at our office.

We do not replace emergency services. If your student has a life-threatening condition (such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, head injury, or uncontrolled bleeding), they should call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.

Our concierge services operate on a subscription basis and are not billed through insurance. However, prescriptions, labs, imaging, or referrals may be covered by the student’s health insurance.

With student consent, parents can be notified of visits, treatment plans, and follow-ups. We encourage students to involve their parents in their care while also respecting privacy laws (HIPAA).
